Summary:
The Business Service Analyst is responsible for understanding and documenting business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both business and IT, as well as the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement solutions.
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both written and verbal communication.
- Gather and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Track and manage project budgets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
The Business Service Analyst is required to sit for long periods of time, as well as occasionally stand, walk, and lift light objects.
