Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall administrative operations of the office. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:
- Managing the office budget
- Hiring and managing office staff
- Overseeing office operations, such as facilities management, IT support, and security
- Providing administrative support to the executive team
- Maintaining office morale and productivity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budget
- Hire and manage office staff, including setting performance goals, providing training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee office operations, such as facilities management, IT support, and security
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations
- Maintain office morale and productivity by creating a positive work environment and resolving employee issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an office management role
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
