Summary:
The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team by performing a variety of tasks, such as:
- Managing the team’s calendar and scheduling appointments
- Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Tracking and managing inventory
- Ordering supplies
- Assisting with projects as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
