Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes tasks such as:
- Processing employee paperwork, such as onboarding documents, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Maintaining employee records, such as personnel files, benefits information, and training records.
- Answering employee questions and providing basic HR information.
- Assisting with HR projects, such as recruiting new employees and conducting training sessions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
