Summary:
The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations department. This includes tasks such as:
- Managing the department’s calendar and schedule
- Handling the department’s correspondence
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Maintaining the department’s files and records
- Providing general administrative support
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the department’s calendar and schedule, including setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, and confirming appointments.
- Handle the department’s correspondence, such as responding to emails, drafting letters, and managing the department’s inbox.
- Prepare reports and presentations, as needed.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the department’s staff, as needed.
- Maintain the department’s files and records in a safe and organized manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, such as ordering supplies, filing paperwork, and answering phones.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
