Summary:
The Admin Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the administration department. This includes tasks such as:
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Filing and organizing paperwork.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining the department’s calendar and schedule.
- Providing customer service to visitors and employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, keeping track of cancellations and changes.
- File and organize paperwork in a way that is efficient and easy to find.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain the department’s calendar and schedule, keeping track of upcoming events and deadlines.
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees, answering questions and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
