Job Key Details:
- Plan and coordinate administrative activities in the company
- Assist in enrolling and admitting new employee to the company
- Arrange and schedule complex activities for example meetings, travel, conferences as well as department activities
- Update and maintain the company information, databases as well as records
- Offer comprehensive and high-level administrative support to the director as well as other staff members
- Make sure all visitors are registered and have appropriate identification
- Manage confidential and non-routine information in the office
- Supervise the maintenance of office equipment and order supplies
- Make sure the reception area is kept tidy at all times
- Ensure notice boards are kept up to date
- Attend to emergencies in the company
- Carry out any other related assigned tasks
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or the equivalent
- Practical experience in the same field required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer knowledge required
- Must be a good problem solver
- A positive attitude is required
- Fluency in English is a must
- Male and Female candidates are required to apply
