Summary:
The Business Service Analyst is responsible for understanding and analyzing business processes and requirements. They will work with stakeholders to identify and resolve business problems. They will also develop and implement solutions that improve business performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
