Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other areas of the hotel.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum and mop floors, dust furniture, and empty trash cans.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Be friendly and helpful to guests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong cleaning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with chemicals and cleaning products safely.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
