Summary:

The HR/Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support to the Human Resources department. This includes tasks such as:

  • Managing the department’s administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing the department’s budget.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as drafting and editing documents, managing the department’s database, and handling HR inquiries.
  • Assisting with HR projects, such as onboarding new employees, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the department’s administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing the department’s budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
