Summary:

The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes tasks such as:

  • Processing employee paperwork, such as onboarding documents, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
  • Maintaining employee records, such as personnel files, benefits information, and training records.
  • Answering employee questions and providing basic HR information.
  • Assisting with HR projects, such as recruiting new employees and conducting training sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
