Summary:

The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team and generating new business for the company. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as setting sales goals, training and motivating the sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Set sales goals and track progress.
  • Train and motivate the sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify and qualify leads.
  • Close sales deals.
  • Maintain relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
