Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes tasks such as:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Maintaining a clean and organized office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, making sure to confirm all details.
- File and organize paperwork in a way that is easy to find and retrieve.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, making sure they are directed to the correct person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
