Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for the overall administrative operations of the office. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Managing the office budget
  • Hiring and managing office staff
  • Overseeing office operations, such as facilities management, IT support, and security
  • Providing administrative support to the executive team
  • Maintaining office morale and productivity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Hire and manage office staff, including setting performance goals, providing training, and evaluating performance
  • Oversee office operations, such as facilities management, IT support, and security
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations
  • Maintain office morale and productivity by creating a positive work environment and resolving employee issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an office management role
  • Strong financial and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
