Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the office. This includes overseeing the administrative staff, managing office operations, and providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.

- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing the office budget, and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Coordinate office events and activities.
- Ensure that the office meets all safety and compliance standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
