Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing or production facility. This includes tasks such as:
- Managing and scheduling employees
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Monitoring production output
- Solving problems and troubleshooting equipment
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Preparing reports and budgets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
