The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a retail store. This includes tasks such as hiring and training employees, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in retail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the store’s budget
- Hire and train employees
- Manage inventory
- Set sales goals
- Develop marketing plans
- Conduct customer surveys
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with retail POS systems
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with marketing and advertising
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
