Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing table service to customers in a restaurant. This includes tasks such as:
- Greeting customers and seating them
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks
- Answering customer questions and resolving any issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Upselling menu items
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them at their tables.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or customer service role.
- Proficient in basic math and reading skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
