Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the warehouse’s operations. This includes tasks such as:
- Managing inventory levels.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Packing and shipping orders.
- Maintaining warehouse records.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and organized.
- Training and supervising warehouse staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the warehouse has the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Order and receive stock, ensuring that the warehouse is always stocked with the necessary products.
- Pack and ship orders, ensuring that orders are shipped out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain warehouse records, including tracking inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized, following all safety regulations.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they are familiar with warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment.
- Ability to work with a variety of computer systems and software programs.
- Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures.
