Summary:
The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance sales professionals. This includes tasks such as setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and providing training and support to sales team members. The Insurance Sales Manager also works with other departments to ensure that the company’s sales goals are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Provide training and support to sales team members.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related role.

Physical Demands:
